I provide complete midwifery care for pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and breasfeeding as well as full well woman care. Informed choice and family centered care are of the upmost importance to me.

PRENATAL CARE

Prenatal visits in my office in Morgan Hill, on a schedule that is very much like your local doctor, with extra visits as needed for special circumstances. In home visit in last trimester.

Information to help you maintain a healthy pregnancy and prepare for the birth of your child.

Lab work provided in house, and referral to local providers for ultrasound or further testing as desired.

BIRTH

Attendance at your birth through the immediate postpartum.

Safe and discreet monitoring of well being of both mother and baby.

Water labor and/or birth is supported and encouraged. Tub is provided.

POSTPARTUM CARE

Newborn exam and breastfeeding support, including on going lactation support in the initial days-weeks. Referral for licensed lactation support if needed.

Visits to your home for postpartum care in the first 24 hours and ongoing through the first weeks.

Postpartum office support at 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks.

Continued support for parenting including support groups and referrals as needed.
